Delivery & Returns

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are sent via a tracked delivery service, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 working days. During busy periods, this may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery: £3.95

Free Delivery on orders over £30

Orders are sent via a tracked delivery service and typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

EU & International Shipping

We hope to ship outside the UK soon. If you’d like to be the first to know when this becomes available, sign up to our newsletter for updates!

Returns

We hope you love your products as much as we do 🤍

However, if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

·       Unused

·       In their original condition

·       In their original packaging

 

Unless an item is faulty (rare, but it can happen!), we kindly ask that return postage costs are covered by the customer.
